INFORMATION

• Passports are required upon entering Botswana and Zimbabwe
• Passengers to check with their travel agents whether or not they require visas
• Luggage is kept to a maximum 12kg + 1 sleeping bag + camera bag
• Safari is not recommended for clients under the age of 12
• Clients over 65 years of age are required to submit a medical certificate
• Itinerary subject to weather and road conditions
• January to April - a green season itinerary may operate incorporating Central Kalahari and Nxai Pans.

DAY 1

MAUN

Arrival between 12h00 & 13h00 on day 1.

We arrange to meet them at Maun airport and take them shopping for drinks etc., before driving them to the campsite at Kazankini outside Maun. Dinner and first night under the stars.  (If clients arriving on late flights or if there are any problems, they can also stay at Okavango River Lodge for the night.)

DAY 2

MAUN - MOREMI

Breakfast. Morning transfer including game drive on way to new campsite. Lunch in camp. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Overnight HATAB camp Xananaka area.

Breakfast. Full day boat excursion with picnic lunch. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight in HATAB camp in Xananaka area.

DAY 4

MOREMI

They break camp and move from Xananaka to Khwai game driving en route. Lunch in Camp. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight in HATAB camp in Khwai area.

MOREMI

Morning and afternoon game drives with lunch/ brunch in camp and rest period during heat of day. Overnight HATAB camp Khwai area as above.

DAY 6

SAVUTE (CHOBE)

Depart after breakfast for a game drive/ transfer to Savuti, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Overnight HATAB camp Savute area.

NORTHERN CHOBE

Depart after breakfast for a game drive/ transfer to Northern Chobe, arriving in time for lunch.  Afternoon game drive until sunset. Overnight HATAB camp Northern Chobe area.

NORTHERN CHOBE

Morning game drive, lunch/ brunch in camp.  Afternoon drive to Chobe Safari Lodge to do Fish eagle cruise included in itinerary.  Back to camp for dinner.  Overnight HATAB camp Chobe area as above.

DAY 9

VICTORIA FALLS

After breakfast, guide takes clients to Victoria Falls & checks into Mecure Rainbow Hotel.  The day is at leisure for optional excursions. Dinner option at clients own expense but usually go to Boma.  Overnight at Mecure Rainbow on a bed and breakfast basis.

VICTORIA FALLS

Trip ends after breakfast, clients at leisure. Cost of transfers to VFA airport is for clients cost.  We book UTC transfers for individual flight times.
