Kgalagadi Adventure Activities: Operated from Twee Rivieren Camp and Nossob
MORNING WALK - 3 Hours (R110 per person) AFTERNOON WALK - 2 Hours (R110 per person)
SUNSET DRIVE in open truck with spotlights - 3 Hours (R110 per person / R50 per child) NIGHT GAME DRIVE in open truck with spotlights - 2 Hours (R110 per person / R50 per child)
No children under 6 on the night game drives, and no children under 12 on the bush walks. All activities depart from reception. Report for activity at safari vehicle 15 minutes prior to departure time. All activities are subjected to weather and availability All activities can be booked at reception. Full payment is required upon making a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% of payment. Ask your guide to do your booking. Please note: All activities are subjected to availability!! Kalahari Safaris cannot be held responsible for any non-availabilities of the Kgalagadi Adventure Activities!
Booking Terms and Conditions BOOKING
A 100% deposit is needed for confirmation of tour.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your booking must be made in writing. The following fees apply.
Cancellation 63 days or less prior notice - 50% of the tour costs
Cancellation 33 days or less prior notice - 100% of the tour costs
BAGGAGE
Guests are requested to take the minimum luggage for the number of days on tour - one suitcase not weighing more than 10 kilograms and one handbag, as well as photographic equipment. Any excess luggage can be safely stored free of charge.
INSURANCE
Clients are strongly advised to take out comprehensive insurance cover against possible cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, accidents and loss of personal baggage & money. Kalahari Safaris cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss during an accident.
WILD ANIMALS
Please be aware that these safaris take you into close contact with wild animals. Attacks by wild animals are extremely rare, but no safari into the African wilderness can guarantee that this will not occur. Neither Kalahari Safaris, nor their employees or agents can be held responsible for any injury or accident on safari. Please note that certain camps included in the itineraries may not be fenced.
HEALTH
The Kalahari is MALARIA FREE. No anti-malaria medication needed. Clients with health problems or specific requirements must notify Kalahari Safaris in advance.
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The company reserves the right to change the routes, hotels or arrangements set out in the itinerary should conditions make this necessary.
